At Homelicious, we strive to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully as it outlines the terms and conditions related to order cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders placed on our website, homeliciousfnb.com, cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery of our fresh and high-quality products. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Refund and Replacement Policy:
While we aim for your complete satisfaction, we typically cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that are already in transit or have been successfully delivered. Please see the following exceptions where refunds or replacements may be considered:
- Product Unavailability: If a product you ordered is unavailable after your payment has been processed, we will notify you and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
- Damaged Product on Delivery: If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at [email protected] or +91 8448583863 with photographic evidence of the damage. We will investigate the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement of the damaged product or a refund.
- Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit and the delivery is confirmed as incomplete by our shipping partner, we will investigate the situation and, if confirmed, offer a replacement of the order or a full refund.
Refund Process:
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.
Cancellation by Homelicious:
Homelicious reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons such as, but not limited to, product unavailability, inaccuracies in product information or pricing, or issues identified by our fraud detection department. If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
